How to request an upgrade

Postby dgfarmer on Thu Jan 22, 2009 12:58 pm

Modus upgrade AIMS installations that we host on a regular basis. If you have a Modus hosted system and wish us to bring you up to the latest version simply call or email me.

If your organisation hosts its own copy of AIMS then you probably have to request the upgrade via your own IT team. This is becuase your IT team will probably have to enable remote access for Modus and often there is an internal change control procedure to follow. If in doubt contact us for advice
